Gerakan Kepanduan Hizbul Wathan Kafilah Penuntun Moh Djazman Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (HW UMS) melaksanakan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Instruktur, sejak Minggu - Rabu (20-23/3/2022). Pelatihan akan dilakukan di kawasan hutan Tlogodlingo, Tawangmangu, Karanganyar.
Sebanyak 12 anggota HW UMS mengikuti Diklat Instruktur tersebut. Sebelumnya para peserta sudah melewati Diklat Lanjutan di tahun sebelumnya.
Tidak cukup hanya, para peserta pelatihan juga akan berlatih di tebing, yang rencananya dilakukan pada 5-6 Juni 2022. Terakhir, peserta harus melewati di Medan pada 7-8 Juni 2022.
Seusai para peserta melalui beberapa sesi pelatihan tersebut, barulah 12 peserta tersebut akan dikukuhkan sebagai Instruktur HW UMS.
Sebelum peserta dilepas di lapangan, para peserta sudah melewati Diklat Instruktur sesi yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10-19 Maret 2022. Selama di ruangan, peserta dibekali materi untuk menunjang kebutuhannya selama berada di lapangan.
Pada Minggu (20/3/2022) pagi, peserta mengikuti apel mengikuti di depan Markas Komando (Mako) HW UMS. Prosesi dihadiri oleh peserta dari Pembina HW UMS, Ramanda Halim Kusuma.
Ramanda Halim Kusuma berpesan kepada para peserta untuk berdoa dan menjaga kesehatan. Selain itu, beliau juga berpesan untuk selalu memperhatikan akademiknya.
"Jangan lupa jaga keselamatan yang paling utama, jangan lupa berdoa banyak-banyak untuk tetap dilakasanakan, jangan lupa akademiknya, setelah jadi instruktur harus ada outputnya, ilmunya harus bertmbah pokoknya jangan malah menurun karena kedepan kalianlah yang akan menghasilkan kader-kader terbaik", tutur Ramanda Halim
Perlu diketahui, jenjang pendidikan internal di HW UMS memiliki 3 jenjang. Jenjang pertama yaitu Diklat Anggota, sebagai syarat untuk menjadi anggota HW UMS.
Setelah itu, jenjang kedua adalah Diklat Lanjutan, dan yang terakhir adalah Diklat Instruktur. Rangkaian pendidikan tersebut harus diikuti oleh anggota HW UMS sebagai upaya untuk mencetak kader Hizbul Wathan yang berkompeten.
